Additionally, when using your inks, we no longer need to pre-treat many of our products, or prime them prior to printing. This saves us costly labor hours and valuable production time. Your pricing structure for plates and pads is competitive as well.

I just wanted to let you know that we are so thrilled with the KCTP-35 CO2 laser that we bought from Diversified Printing Techniques this past spring. At this point we have made several hundred plates and are very happy with the speed and quality that we get from the equipment. The ALP plates are extremely cost effective. We are actually using one plate for up to twelve different images.

The plate laser and pad printers that we bought have been a huge upgrade from the hot stamping that we had done for the past 10 years. Instead of waiting a week for a hot stamp die we wait 1 minute for an ALP plate to be made in the KCTP-35 laser.

My operators also have found that the flexibility in pad printing produces much less scrap than hot stamping. We have almost tripled production speeds on some parts since the transition from hot stamping. Also, we are always thankful for the kind voices that we get each time we call to order. Diversified has truly been able to offer us a solution to our decorating operation.
