From the simplest fixture design to the most complex system robotic component, our machine shop is capable of the task. We have equipment and personnel to manufacture components for our Pad Printing, Screen Printing, and Hot Stamping customer requirements. 

Although our base equipment is supplied by other factories in our organization, most of our automation, fixturing, and auxiliary components are manufactured at our Charlotte, North Carolina location. 

Along with our 3 axis CNC machining center, we have turning, grinding, milling, bending, shearing, punching, cutoff, and lapping equipment for quick turn-around of metal and aluminum components.

Our woodworking shop is utilized when manufacturing quality wood screen frames, wood pad bases, and equipment crating.
